Premium Matcha from Japan
Why choose our matcha?

Flavour profile
Expect a luxuriously smooth experience: deep umami, mellow and creamy sweetness, subtle notes of steamed milk, nori, and delicate florals — all with very low astringency.
Sourced from Japan
Our ceremonial grade matcha is cultivated exclusively from Uji in Japan, where rich soil, pristine water, and centuries of expertise create the world’s highest quality matcha.
Stone-ground perfection
Finely milled on traditional granite stones, each leaf is slowly ground to preserve aroma, flavor, and nutrients — resulting in an ultra-smooth, silky powder that whisks to perfection.
Premium quality leaves
Only the youngest, shade-grown leaves from the first harvest are selected, ensuring unmatched purity, flavor, and vibrancy.
Smooth taste, vibrant color
Naturally rich in chlorophyll and carefully shade-grown, ceremonial grade matcha delivers a bright, luminous green hue and a clean, mellow taste — smooth on the palate with no bitterness.
High in antioxidants
Ceremonial grade matcha is exceptionally rich in catechins, especially EGCG, providing powerful antioxidant support that helps protect the body and promote overall well-being.
Versatile use
Beyond traditional tea, ceremonial grade matcha shines in lattes, smoothies, and desserts — adding vibrant color, rich flavor, and nourishing benefits to any creation.

Ceremonial grade matcha som overgår alle forventninger!
I'm impressed! The ceremonial grade is silky smooth with almost no bitterness - perfect for drinking straight. The premium grade works great in lattes and smoothies. Highly recommended 💚
Matchaen er supergod. Jeg får gjerne matcha derfra og vil anbefale det til alle :)
Veldig fornøyd med både smak og farge! Bedre enn jeg trodde. 🥰
I have been enjoying my Matcha drink every morning. I have a Japanese tea set to make it special. It is delicious and it is worth every penny to have the smooth flavour. Will definitely be buying again 😁

Jeg var en av de første som bestilte, og denne matchaen er rett og slett fantastisk – mye bedre kvalitet enn andre merker jeg har prøvd.
It's the most tasty matcha I've ever ordered! :) Nutty and creamy. Yummi...
Så deilig og raskt å tilberede hjemme. Barna elsker det!
Experience the birthplace of Japanese matcha with Organic Matcha Powder Ceremonial Grade sourced exclusively from Uji, Kyoto. Shade‑grown in misty river valleys and stone‑milled to a talc‑fine texture, this 30g tin delivers a luminous jade cup with silky body, deep umami, and a naturally sweet, low‑bitterness finish.
Why you’ll love it
- Uji pedigree: Japan’s most storied terroir, renowned for centuries of meticulous shading and steaming that create elegant, balanced cups.
- Flavor notes: Creamy umami with hints of fresh greens, white chocolate, and a clean, lingering sweetness.
- Calm, focused energy: Natural caffeine with L‑theanine for steady clarity—ideal for morning rituals or mindful breaks.
- Pure and organic: Pesticide‑free cultivation; micro‑milled to preserve aroma, color, and nutrients.
- Freshness in a 30g tin: About 15–30 servings (usucha to koicha), nitrogen‑flushed and light‑protected.
How to prepare (tea‑house simple)
- Usucha (thin): Sift 1–2 g into a warm chawan. Add 60–70 ml water at 158–165°F (70–74°C). Whisk briskly in a W‑motion until fine foam forms.
- Koicha (thick): Sift 3–4 g; add 30–40 ml 158°F (70°C) water; knead slowly for a glossy, syrupy texture.
- Iced/latte: Whisk 2 g with 30–40 ml warm water, then pour over ice or top with 150–200 ml milk of choice.
What makes it “ceremonial grade” from Uji?
First‑flush, shade‑grown Tencha leaves are de‑stemmed and granite‑milled at low speed, yielding vivid color, sweet umami, and a refined finish ideal for straight sipping—hallmarks of authentic Uji craftsmanship that set Organic Matcha Powder Ceremonial Grade apart from culinary grades.
