All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt during business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

European Union, Sweden, Denmark & International 🇪🇺

Standard International Shipping: €18 EUR / 189 SEK / 140 DKK (Free for orders over €95 EUR / 1000 SEK / 700 DKK)

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for customers in Norway, Sweden, and the EU under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be unopened with all original packaging intact
  • Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Process

  2. You will receive return instructions and authorization
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including orders that qualified for free shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
